Returns & Refunds
How long does a return take?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the returned items. The money should be in your account within 7 working days of us processing the return, depending on your bank. Your refund will be carried out by the same method of payment.
And when will I receive my exchange?
Again, we will send you your exchange within a few days of receiving the products back. We can only process an exchange in the following conditions:
You request a different size or colour of the same style item
You request a completely different item of the same or lower value (we will refund you the difference)
You clearly state on the return note which time to want to exchange, and what you would like instead
In the unfortunate instance that we don’t have an item you need, we will either send you a voucher of the same amount you’ve paid, or issue you a full refund with a confirmation email. (Sounds fair right?)

As Pandas, we can sometimes get it wrong; must be the bamboo and tequila . If you receive the wrong items we issue our sincerest apologies, and we will endeavour to fix the problem and get you your products as soon as humanly (pandaly) possible.

We pride ourselves on monitoring the quality of our products to make sure they’re perfect for all our customers. If you feel your product is not up to the standard you expect, contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Where do I return my item(s)?
In the case of a return, kindly send your Urban Panda piece to: Urban Panda Clothing, 1 Roseville Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4QX. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of returned items in the post, so please ensure your product is tracked, that way you know when we have it, and you’re covered.
How long do I have to return the stuff?
Within 14 days of receiving the item (Maximum 18 days in extenuating circumstances, where proof will be required)
